Sure can! We have gate codes we can share to access our vehicles and door codes to accommodate off hours returns/pickups.

We do! A La Carte orders or full packages. IN fact - all of our vehicles are key code enabled allowing for remote drop offs of any vehicle package.

we prefer putting experienced drivers in the vehicles, but Anybody can rent and drive production trucks/Vans or our G&E Sprinter. our G&E trucks do require a convoy certified driver on the project. We have preferred grips, electrics and PA drivers available to help for whatever role you need filled.

We do not offer or sell insurance. All insurance must be provided by the renter through a third party broker.

All CONVOY rentals can be returned and stored in our gated lot for overnight parking at no charge. Personal vehicles are welcome to park on the business park street overnight. Sadly, at this time we can not accommodate external truck parking behind our gates.

ConvoY bills with 3 Day weeks on almost all Equipment. All trucks and vans bill per day - including grip packages. We bill per day used regardless of what day of the week that is. We do not have weekend or holiday rates. Generators, Dollies, Cranes and a few other specialty items are not eligible for discount, but do qualify for 3 day weeks.

We do not currently have additional space for external office use, but have plans in the works for an expanded/rentable PPM/Office addition in the near future!

Case by case. We are focused on the commercial industry, but when available, we will entertain long term films/shows.

sometimes. Not all equipment is eligible and any student discounts are subject to availability. Full paying customers will always take priority. Insurance is required for all student projects.

For 99% of rentals - yes. If you need just a few sandbags or c stands we will not require insurance, but for any rentals with a larger value or a vehicle, insurance will be required. See our rental paperwork here for more on our requirements.
